I&J Out'O The Oven

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400 g pack I&J Out’O The Oven Classic
  • 6 large sweet potatoes, washed and cut into thick wedges
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 30 ml mayonnaise
  • 5 ml Dijon mustard
  • 10 ml chopped chives

Method

  • Cook the I&J Out’O The Oven portions as per the cooking instructions on the pack.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.  Drizzle the sweet potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 – 40 minutes until cooked and just starting to brown.
  • To make the sour cream and chive dip: mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and chives. Season as needed.

Serving suggestion

Serve with the roasted sweet potato wedges and the sour cream and chive dip, garnished with fresh dill.
