- 1 x 400 g pack I&J Out’O The Oven Classic
- 6 large sweet potatoes, washed and cut into thick wedges
- 250 ml sour cream
- 30 ml mayonnaise
- 5 ml Dijon mustard
- 10 ml chopped chives
Serve with the roasted sweet potato wedges and the sour cream and chive dip, garnished with fresh dill.
