SHORT DESCRIPTION
Quick and easy to prepare and assemble, Fish tacos make a popular lunch or supper. Made from sustainably wild caught Hake and coated in a crispy batter, Chef’s Choice Fish Bites are perfect for tacos.

INGREDIENTS
300 g I&J Fish Bites
Sunflower oil for deep-frying
4 soft tacos
4 Tbsp (60 ml) mayonnaise
2 Tbsp (30 ml) sweet chilli sauce
1 avocado, sliced
Juice of 1 lime
1 Tbsp (5 ml) chopped chives
1 Tbsp (5 ml) chopped coriander
3 radishes, thinly sliced
METHOD
1. 
Deep-fry the Fish Bites at 170°C for approximately 5 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

Toast the tacos in a dry frying pan over a medium heat, for 1 minute on each side.
