2 I&J Beefers Mega
1 Tbsp (15 ml) sunflower oil
¼ cup barbeque basting sauce
1 sesame bun
4 crisp lettuce leaves
2 slices cheddar cheese
20 g mixed salad leaves
¼ cup sriracha mayonnaise
METHOD
1.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add Beefers Mega and cook over medium heat for approximately 7 minutes. Turn frequently.
