SHORT DESCRIPTION
Crispy Chicken Nuggets get added crunch from snacking peppers and sugar snap peas.

INGREDIENTS
6 I&J Chicken nuggets
3 mini pita breads
2 Tbsp (30ml) mayonnaise
4 lettuce leaves
20 g grated cheddar cheese
3 snacking peppers
5 sugar snap peas
6 mini rice cakes
METHOD
1. 
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C. Place Chicken Nuggets on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake for 13 to 14 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes. Remove from oven when done and allow to cool.
