SHORT DESCRIPTION
Crispy Chicken Nuggets with cheese get a fresh boost with cucumber slices, baby carrots, fresh strawberries and a shiny red apple. No forks or knives necessary – use your fingers!

INGREDIENTS
6 I&J Chicken Nuggets with cheese
3 Tbsp (45 ml) tomato sauce
1 red apple
2 baby cucumbers, sliced lengthwise
3 strawberries, halved
2 baby carrots, peeled
METHOD
1. 
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C. Place Chicken Nuggets on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake for 13 to 14 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes. Remove from oven when done and allow to cool.
