SHORT DESCRIPTION
Cut cucumber and carrot into ‘fingers’ to serve alongside Fish Fingers for a yummy lunch. No cutlery required!

INGREDIENTS
7 I&J Fish Fingers
¼ cucumber, cut lengthwise into ‘fingers’
1 small carrot, peeled and cut into strips
1 small red apple
2 Tbsp. (30 ml) tomato sauce
METHOD
1. 
Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place Fish Fingers on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake for approximately 11 minutes. Turn halfway through the cooking time. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Place the Fish Fingers into the lunchbox alongside the cucumber and carrot ‘fingers’. Pour some tomato sauce into a small, lidded container and add to the lunchbox along with an apple.
