SHORT DESCRIPTION
Call it a wrap, call it a taco… call it delicious! Soft flour tacos make perfect wraps for tasty Fish Fingers with lettuce and tomato plus sweet chili sauce for extra flavour and just a hint of heat.
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
6 I&J Fish Fingers
2 small taco wraps
4 Tbsp (60 ml) sweet chili sauce
A few crisp lettuce leaves
6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
A handful of fresh wild rocket
2 baby cucumbers, halved lengthwise
50 g cherries
METHOD
1. 
Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place Fish Fingers on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake for approximately 11 minutes. Turn halfway through the cooking time. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Spread the wraps with sweet chili sauce, top with lettuce leaves, Fish Fingers, tomatoes and wild rocket. Fold tacos in half and place into the lunchbox.
