For those days when you don’t feel like making (or eating) some sort of sandwich or roll, finger food makes a perfect midday pick-me-up. Try yummy Golden Chickeroos together with crunchy cucumber, cheese straws and dried mango.

INGREDIENTS
10 to 12 I&J Golden Chickeroos
3 Tbsp. (45 ml) sweet chili sauce
5 mango strips
¼ cucumber, cut into strips
4 cheese straws
METHOD
1.
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C. Place Chickeroos on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake for approximately 13 minutes. Remove from oven and allow them to cool.
