SHORT DESCRIPTION
Crispy tempura-battered Golden Smackeroos are the main feature of this lunchbox full of ready-to-munch snacks.
INGREDIENTS
15 I&J Golden Smackeroos
3 Tbsp (45 ml) sweet chili sauce
30 g toasted almonds
5 small pieces of droëwors
50 g salted pretzels
1 apple
METHOD

Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add Golden Smackeroos and cook over medium heat for approximately 7 minutes. Turn frequently so they crisp on all sides. Set aside to cool.
