SHORT DESCRIPTION
This easy-to-make Hake Pops salad promises a refreshing and delicious meal for any occasion.
Serves 3-4
INGREDIENTS
1 x I&J Hake Pops 400 g pack
2 heads of baby gem lettuce, cut into chunks
4 courgettes, thinly sliced with a peeler
4 radishes, thinly sliced
¼ cup micro herbs
¼ cup fresh basil
3 spring onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp (30ml) olive oil
100 ml hummus for serving
METHOD
1. 
Pre-heat air-fryer to 200°C. Place 400 g hake bites in the basket. Air-fry for approximately 7 minutes. Shake hake bites well halfway through the cooking time.

Place the lettuce into a wreath shape around a platter, top with courgetti, radishes, herbs and spring onion. Drizzle over the olive oil and top with the cooked Hake Pops.
