1 x I&J Deep Water Hake Prime Medallions 450 g pack
2 Tbsp (30 ml) oil
1 tsp (5 ml) sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1 tsp (5 ml) chili flakes
3 Tbsp (45 ml) soy sauce
3 Tbsp (45 ml) honey
2 Tsp (10 ml ) lemon juice
2 tsp (10 ml) cornflour
100 ml water
A handful of fresh basil for garnish
Steamed green veg and rice for serving
METHOD

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the Hake medallions for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden on all sides.
