SHORT DESCRIPTION
In the mood for something fresh and delicious? This Light & Crispy Caesar salad makes a great summer lunch or light supper.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
2 x I&J Light & Crispy portions
2 heads baby gem lettuce
10 asparagus spears (cooked)
4 rashers crispy bacon, diced
2 eggs, hard boiled but with a soft centre
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
50 g grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese
100 ml Caesar dressing
Salt and pepper for seasoning
METHOD
1. 
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C. Bake the frozen I&J Light & Crispy portions for approximately 17 minutes until crisp and cooked through. Remove from the oven and cut into chunky pieces. Cut the eggs in half.

Wash the lettuce and place into a bowl, top with the crispy Light & Crispy Hake chunks, asparagus spears, crispy bacon, egg, avocado and cheese.
