6 taco shells
100 ml guacamole
¼ red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
100 ml sour cream
100 g grated cheddar cheese
100 ml sweet chili sauce
Fresh coriander or basil leaves for garnish
METHOD

Pre-heat the oven to 220°C. Bake the frozen I&J Light & Crispy portions for approximately 17 minutes until crisp and cooked through. Remove from the oven and cut into chunks.

Fill the taco shells with guacamole, Light & Crispy pieces, slivers of red onion, cherry tomatoes halves and a dollop of sour cream. Finish with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, a drizzle of chilli sauce and some fresh leaves.
